1. Q: Do you offer free consultations?
A: Yes, we set up a time and have a representative come to you directly to discuss your project personally.
2. Q: Is custom better than generic store products?
A: In our opinion, custom made products offer the consumer improved quality, unique products not found in stores, and provides a personal touch for your home. A generic product might not be able to accomplish those aspects.
3. Q: Do you colour match?
A: We offer colour matching where your project requires to blend into it's surrounding environment. Making it look as if it's been part of the decor for years.
4. Q: I've seen this gorgeous piece in a magazine, can you make that?
A: Our favourite challenge is to offer near identical products to replicate. We respect the original for their hard work, so we try to slightly modify the idea to not copy the piece exactly.
